AustinTexas native Colin Hancock is a Two-time Grammy nominee, multi-instrumentalist, writer and producer.

An enthusiast for the music and methods of traditional jazz since his earliest days, Hancock is an incredible multi-instrumentalist, a cornetist in the Bix Beiderbecke mold who’s also aces on baritone and alto sax and trombone, in addition to being a vocalist. Leader of such notable jazz bands as The Original Cornell Syncopators and The New York Classic 7, Hancock's latest band is Austin Texas based The Joymakers whose premier album "Down Where the Bluebonnets Grow" was released last year to critical acclaim.  

Along with finishing up law school, leading The Joymakers (Austin) and a sought-after guest artist with vintage jazz bands worldwide, we're excited that he will be making his debut performances here at The Redwood Coast Music Festival.
